Been here before and this is the first time I had to take my car back to get it fixed due to faulty parts and possibly faulty installment. Went in originally because I heard a snap when I rolled my window down. I also have been hearing a grinding type noise coming from my car as the car was in motion. I had it looked at and was told it was my window regulator and front right wheel bearing. Got the call around 2:30 pm about that and asked if I would be able to get my car back the same day, as it is my only vehicle I use for work. Rich, who works the front desk, said it would be done before they closed at 5 pm. I was able to pay for the car repair around 4:40 and told that it would be done a little after closing, which I would come back after closing time to pick it up. I did kind of wonder if I was putting them on a time crunch to get it done. When I went to pick it up, I rolled the window all the way down and noticed part of it was still sticking up. When I rolled it back up, the reason it was sticking out still was because it somehow managed to move it self sideways. Luckily, when it went back up, it was stuck closed. As I went to drive it, the grinding noise was still there. I took it back today and was told that the wheel bearing that was swapped out with was bad and the installation of the window regulator wasn't correct. Car works great now. Guess it was an off day for Honest 1 and you can't blame the mechanic for installing faulty parts.
