I thought that I had an electrical problem regarding a rear brake light and it turned out it was only the bulb. They didn't charge me for the service! I will definitely come back to these guys. Thanks!

I’m new to Las Vegas and wanted to find a auto shop that would change my oil and look over my car to be sure it’s safe. I found what I was looking for in Honest 1. They are very professional and suggest only what the car needs. No extras to run up the bill. I was so pleased that I’m bringing my husband’s car in in the next two weeks!

My experience at honest auto care was positive. I brought my 2001 expedition in, it was cutting out some and starting hard. They ran it and couldn’t reproduce it. They showed me some things underneath that was normal and said it really just needed tires to be safe. The next day it almost died in an intersection. I took it back and they spent almost two days, of their time, to finally find the transmission was going. Their diligence saved me thousands of dollars and possibly a dangerous situation. They're honest. They're very nice didn't steal my parts they help him work with me. Got another shot my car was at another shop and I took it there to honest once. The other shop took stole all my parts Cadillac converters sensors radio. Honest one is putting my car back together one for them I would have gave up. I just want is great I remember I recommend everybody go there. ⚡⚡⚡💯🎉☺️🆗

Good customer service

They were extremely helpful, and honest. They could have definitely taken advantage of the situation with us being out of town and needing it fixed to get home but they took the time to find the real problem instead of just trying to charge us a arm and leg. I definitely recommend them , they were amazing

Had to take my company van in for repairs. Called these guys up on a Friday, dropped off my van Saturday morning. I was told that it’s be done Monday morning, but some parts had to be ordered (it’s ok, I understand). Rolled out of there Tuesday morning and van was almost as good as new. Even though my company paid for it, they gave a fair price. All the people I talked to were very nice and professional. I would use these guys on my personal vehicles and highly recommend them.
