Went to do an oil change, the guy in the front office was so so so nice and helpful, really helped me understand the difference between oils without making me feel dumb and without pushing me towards the more expensive one. My drivers door keeps jamming for some reason, they offered to take a look at it but I was a little short on time and said no thanks, again they didn’t push me and kept being super nice, they said if it jammed again, they would get in thru the passengers seat with no problem They did mention a possibility of why my door kept jamming, and told me I could come back anytime to get it looked at, and I definitely will. They were honestly so nice here and not condescending at all like some auto places can be, I left very happy and grateful

Mr. Steve and Ms. Devenne is so professional. They updated me with my car status. When they say they will call me they did call me. My car had multiple problem but they were able to fix it fast. Definitely i will recommend honest-1 auto car shop to my friends. Giving them 5 stars.

I have been bringing cars here for 3 years. These guys keep it simple and very cost efficient. They are the best mechanics I have ever seen. Yes!!! They really live up to their name if I had went to another mechanic, they would have found something mechanical issue to charge me for. Mentally I thought that I was going to Pay at least $300 to $400 to fix the issue.. What I paid a $113 And that was included the diagnostic Do the math multi mechanic charges $70 to $80 just for a Is diagnostic.. It is totally hard to find a good honest mechanic in Las Vegas nowadays. I personally think all (AAA Mechanics) in Las Vegas are Dishonest and ungenuine, They will upsell you without blinking an eye!!
