North Las Vegas Auto Repair

I appreciated the care and concern Honest-1 showed to me while my car was in for service. When your car needs service it can be very stressful. They helped to relieve my concerns by letting me know someone would look at my car, call me with the findings, and we'd go from there. They called me within an hour and a half and the findings were much better than I anticipated. By the early afternoon, my car was finished. Since I was home without means of getting back to the shop, one of the guys from the shop drove my car to my home and I drove him back to pay the bill. I call that going above and beyond. And, my car is running great. Thank you, Honest-1 Auto Care.

Great service and reliable work!

So generally I'm leery of places that need to put the word "honest" in their name, BUT that's exactly what I found at this auto shop. I had a check engine light that came on and I really didn't want to spend $80 for them to hook it up to a machine to spit out a code. I found these guys via yelp and they had a free coupon for a diagnostic check. I was given the verdict within 15 minutes, and he was very honest that there were two ways to fix the problem. I could go to an exhaust shop and get it taken care of for less....which I actually already knew since I did this repair 3 years ago, but he told me the alternative even though it wasn't a service that was available at their location. Even though I didn't end up doing my repair here, the honest opinion won me over. I would definitely go back if I need anything else repaired in my car or a second opinion.

I am not a permanent resident here in Las Vegas yet, but I spend a lot of time here. I have been using Honest-1 Auto Care for several years when I am in town. I am very satisfied with the great care and excellent service I am getting every time I need any work done on my vehicles.
