The best experience I have ever received! They really could have taken advantage of my situation, but instead convinced me to go back to my dealership.

We took our 1996 Maxima in for an oil change and to check on a sound. Unfortunately after 17 years and 220,000 miles the repairs required were more than the car was worth. Richard and his staff did a thorough diagnostic evaluation and were honest and courteous. We will be back with our newer car when needed. There was no pressure to do expensive repairs that were not in our best interest and that was refreshing.

Took an older Maxima into Honest -1 Auto and met Richard. Time for an oil change and we had heard an unwelcome sound. They checked the car out thoroughly and sadly more repair was required than the car was worth. We had it 17 years and put 220,000 miles on it so it wasn't all that unexpected, had to happen some day. But the knowledgeable evaluation and excellent customer service were appreciated. We will be taking our newer car in for service when required.

They did the work we asked and gave suggestion for other items on our vehicle we asked them to look at. They did not try to force any extra repairs on us.
