Never had a problem when it comes to service for my car. The last trip I ended up waiting and actually had to come back because the part my car needed wasn't being sent correctly from the warehouse. Not any fault of Honest 1 though. Rich is usually at the front desk when not helping out in the shop, real friendly guy. Clean facility.

I needed to get my brakes taken care of and I called at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. They answered the phone and told me to bring my car down and they would take care of me. They were exceptionally friendly, gave me a fair estimate and did not tell me I needed anything unnecessary for my car. They live up to their name. An honest mechanic in Las Vegas is hard to find. They did point out some things to look out for but said they were nothing to concern myself about yet. I appreciate their service and their honesty. I will definitely bring my car back to them. Also, I noticed that they have the bible available for customers in their reading material and appreciate their christian background. It is nice to see family values still exist. Highly recommend to everyone!
