I had about $1,300 of work done at your shop in 2008. I was very pleased with your company's work and in no way did you fail or disappoint me in any way. I would just like to say not only are these guys honest but they are very competitive in pricing. I was at another shop close to these guys because my friend works there. I thought my friend was giving me a good deal. I needed a heater core for my truck and my buddy was going to install it for $950.00. So I called Honest-1 on Craig Rd, the manager AARON answered the phone very cheerful and gave me a quote over the phone that was $300.00 dollars less than my friend's shop where I was just about to get the work done. I really enjoyed the people at Honest Auto. I feel as if I was not ripped off, like I did when I took my car to Purrfect Auto. The people are great. They treat you like family instead of a customer. They are just amazing. I don't mind waiting on my car with the treatment that I receive from them. I get everything done with them, from oil changes to major work on my car. I used to let the Nissan dealership work on my car, but since I've found Honest Auto. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. The shop is always clean, the people are always friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Bring your car to Honest Auto and not Purrfect Auto. Keep up the good work guys. I would refer everyone to them.

I never thought I'd be writing a review about anything less known, an automotive repair service. However, these guys are not just a repair service. They're good people. I'd passed their shop on several occasions and looked at the sign and said to myself, "yea right" Until this morning I didn't think there was a HONEST repair service on the planet. But, Honest-1 Auto Service at 4665 Ann Rd. showed me just how wrong I was. They told me what the problem was in a way that I had a complete understanding. Told me what the cost of repair would be, which was much less than I expected. They even went as far as help me initiate a plan with the finance company to get the car repaired. So, save yourself some time and some money. Go see Pat Mowery or any of the guys at HONEST-1 and go home with some peace of mind. I will certainly not even consider using anyone else from this point on. I recommend them highly.
